Vault Code 40 is a free social game offered for entertainment purposes only. It involves no real-money wagering. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole agreement between us regarding your use of the site.
