This policy explains what Six Hit Squad collects when you visit sixhitsquadat.com, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the whole site, including the game at /sh-game/. Last updated 19 September 2026.
Six Hit Squad operates this website and the social game published on it. We can be reached at crew@sixhitsquadat.com for any question about this policy or about data we may hold.
There is no account system on this site, so we hold no usernames, passwords, dates of birth or payment details — the last of these because nothing here is for sale. What may be processed is limited to:
Your virtual coin balance, the spots you mark, your stake and your round history exist only in the memory of the page you are looking at. They are never transmitted to us, never stored on a server, and are discarded the moment you reload or close the tab. We could not tell you what you played even if you asked.
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookie or local storage entry used by the site is strictly functional — remembering that you have dismissed a notice, for example. You can block or clear these through your browser at any time; the game will continue to work.
Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website, and consent where consent is required for optional measurement. We do not process data for automated decision-making and we do not profile visitors.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited technical data is handled by the service providers who host the site, deliver its assets and serve the web fonts it loads, each acting on our instructions. We may disclose information where a valid legal obligation requires it.
Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted or anonymised. Email correspondence is kept while it remains relevant and then removed. Nothing about your gameplay is retained anywhere, because nothing about it is collected.
The site is available internationally and its infrastructure may process requests outside your own country. Where that happens we rely on our providers' standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Write to crew@sixhitsquadat.com and we will respond within the time your local rules allow. Given how little we hold, most such requests are answered simply by explaining that there is nothing on file.
This site is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects how data is used, note it on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies to your visit.
